The gas-liquid two-phase loading system is an integrated system designed for gas-liquid two-phase fluids. The on-site loading bays can be configured as skid-mounted units，the skid-mounted units  which is used as a skid-mounted assembly provided by the entire skid-mounted frame, I will be used for loading and unloading of petrochemical gas-liquid two-phase fluids, like LPG、liquid ammonia and dimethyl ether (DME) between the storage tank and truck tank. Working temperature, working pressure, diameter, etc. Can be designed according to fluids and

customer requirements.

The

skid-mounted units feature a steel base and can be used for both loading and unloading applications. They’re ideal for  bottom loading applications and for truck operation. Our skid-mounted units accommodate a variety of medium, including LPG、 liquid ammonia and dimethyl ether (DME)

etc. In addition, Our commpany can provide customized design and on-site training and commissioning service.

• Key Point: To prevent the liquid from vaporizing prematurely in the pipeline due to pressure drops (a phenomenon known as flashing), the system typically maintains a certain back pressure. This ensures the medium enters the tanker in a stable “liquid phase” state.

• Vapor Return (Vapor Balance): The system is equipped with a Vapor Balance Line. While liquid is being loaded, the high-pressure vapor medium (or vaporized BOG – Boil-Off Gas) displaced from the tanker is safely “pushed back” to the storage tank or recovery system through this line.
• Function: This not only maintains pressure equilibrium between the tanker and the storage tank—allowing the liquid to flow in smoothly—but also achieves zero-emission recovery of the medium, which is both environmentally friendly and prevents material waste.

• Quantitative Loading: Based on the preset loading quantity, the system automatically controls the valve opening. It typically adopts a “Slow-Fast-Slow” variable-speed loading logic, automatically decelerating as it approaches the target volume to ensure extremely high metering accuracy.
• Safety Interlocks: The system continuously monitors on-site conditions. The pumps and valves are only permitted to open when the electrostatic grounding is reliably connected, the loading arm is properly docked, and there are no combustible gas leak alarms. In the event of any anomaly (such as a disconnected ground wire, overfilling, or excessive pressure), the system will trigger a millisecond-level interlock to cut off the process, automatically stopping the pumps and closing the valves.

To enhance packaging quality, strengthen packaging management, and prevent product loss or damage during transit resulting from packaging-related issues, this Export Packaging Specification has been specifically formulated.

This specification applies to the packaging of all products exported by this Company.

Product Packaging	1. Skid-mounted and Containerized Packaging: A three-layer packaging system—comprising inner, intermediate, and outer packaging—is required. The packaging must be securely fastened and stable, providing effective protection for the product. a. Individual instruments on the skid must be protected with bubble wrap and tightly bound with stretch film. b. The entire skid must be protected with bubble wrap and tightly bound with stretch film. . Containers equipped with racks must be securely fastened using strapping bands. d. Loose piping must be wrapped in protective fabric to prevent paint damage from impact, and then placed onto a dedicated packing rack. Legend 2. Individual Packaging A three-layer packaging system—comprising inner, intermediate, and outer packaging—is required. The packaging must be securely fastened and stable, providing effective protection for the product. Inner Packaging: Foam wrap must be used to fully enclose the items, ensuring that no direct collision or friction occurs between products or between the products and the carton. Each individual item must bear both Chinese and English labels to facilitate inventory verification by the customer. Intermediate Packaging: Packed in cartons. Outer Packaging: Wooden crate packaging. The materials used must consist of plywood crates (fumigation-free) reinforced with steel strips. Any remaining space inside the box must be filled with cushioning material. For heavier products, particular attention should be paid to packaging strength to prevent damage during transit. All packaging must include forklift access points to facilitate loading and unloading. 5.
