Solution of Vapor Recovery Unit system(VRU)

VRU OVERVIEW

Vapor Recovery Unit system (VRU), utilizing ADSORPTION, ABSORPTION, CONDENSATION, MEMBRANE SEPARATION and their combinations method, can significantly reduce the hydrocarbon content in VOCs, achieving 99% treatment efficiency.
VRU meets various stringent emission requirements, allowing for direct release into the atmosphere without further treatment. Furthermore, the liquid substances recovered through condensation can generate substantial economic benefits, covering investment costs in a short period.

General Specifications

Any parameters can be customized according to customer requirements, providing a one-stop solution for emission control and oil and gas recovery needs.

Vapor Recovery Ship-to-Dock Safety Unit of Marine loading VRU system

In order to protect the safety of ships, docks and oil and gas recovery equipment, a device is installed between the oil and gas collection device and the oil and gas transportation device.

The Vapour Recovery Ship-to-Dock Safety Unit (hereinafter referred to as the “Ship-to-Dock Safety Unit”) is generally composed of pipelines, manual shut-off valves, check devices, inert gas control valves, pressure sensors, high-speed vent/vacuum valves or pressure/vacuum relief valves, electric unloading valves, electric shut-off valves, gas-liquid separators, oxygen content sensors, detonation-proof flame arresters, gas flow meters, explosion-proof control boxes, and control systems, as shown in Figure 1.
